The Benson Project

I had to remodel most of the house. It was very dated looking. Master bathroom was totally reconfigured. Shower has a steam unit with fold away bench. Shower/bathroom floors are heated. Frame-less shower door with opening panel at top of door. All porcelain tile on floor and walls. Bathroom was made to ADA standards since the owners are getting older.


The Smith Project

This homeowner couldn't access beach by the old rope they use to climb down to the beach. With all the permits included this was a 25K job. Permitting took about a year to get.
